Check-In: No sooner than 4 PM EST

Check Out: No later than 10 AM EST

*NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who 1) check in early OR check out after 10 AM will be charged $75 every 30 minutes past check-out time. If check-out is past 1 PM, an additional night will be charged. This allows our cleaning team to have time to prepare our home for the next guest.

In this enchanting natural haven, we're graced by the presence of wildlife, including our adorable but curious bear neighbors. To maintain harmony, please refrain from leaving trash outside, as it can invite unwanted guests who might inadvertently create a mess. Please place all trash in the bear proof trash cans. Also, a little tip: keep car windows closed to avoid surprises during your scenic drives.

To preserve the floors and keep the floors safe for barefoot walking after the pool time, we kindly ask that you leave your adventurous traces outside by removing your shoes upon entering. It helps keep our interiors fresh and inviting for everyone.

★ PETS WELCOME ★

We're delighted to welcome your furry friends to our cozy abode! Please feel free to bring them along on your mountain adventures. To ensure a harmonious stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you manage your pet responsibly and clean up after them. Please note there is an additional pet fee to cover any extra cleaning required. Please remember that pets are not allowed to be left alone at the property. We allow up to one pet - must be selected upon booking.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES / EVENTS ★

We cherish this space and kindly ask that you treat it like your own, preserving its charm for future guests and, of course, for your own possible return visits. We prohibit parties at our property - guests not booked are not allowed to be at the property without prior notice.

★ SECURITY DEPOSIT, RENTAL AGREEMENT, AND AGE REQUIREMENTS ★

This property requires a $300 security deposit hold. It will be collected separately by the property 2-days prior to check-in. Must be 25+ to book - please ask prior if you're under 25. Must sign Renters Agreement and complete security deposit form sent outside the Airbnb platform prior to check-in and within 48 hours of booking. – For same-day reservation, Renter Agreement and Security Hold form must be completed at time of booking.
